One of the best things about crossfit is meeting so many different people, many you may never cross paths with otherwise. Chris Caruso has been a mainstay in the 5:30am crew and he is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Unfortunately for us, Chris is moving to Kintnersville to be closer to work/home as he and his wife are expecting their third child. Chris will only be with us for 2 more weeks.
